Summary
GeneratedRegulation (EU) 2015/757 requires ships of 5,000 GT and above to monitor, report, and verify CO2, methane, and nitrous oxide emissions on voyages to, from, and within EU ports. From 1 January 2025, it extends to general cargo and offshore ships between 400 and 5,000 GT. Companies submit verified emissions reports and aggregated company-level data by 31 March annually.
