Summary
GeneratedDirective (EU) 2020/1828 requires all Member States to provide a representative action mechanism for collective consumer protection, allowing qualified entities to seek injunctive and redress measures. It applies to actions brought on or after 25 June 2023, repealing Directive 2009/22/EC.
