The EITs knowledge triangle integration (education, research, business) is central to its value, fostering entrepreneur-ready talent and pan-European ecosystems. The educational programmes have attracted talent and a new generation of researchers and innovators to Sweden who not only can receive education from several universities but also gain unique access to European industry.
Vinnova welcomes the EU's work on dual use, which is in line with Vinnova's own approach, and which can be of great benefit to both the EU and the Swedish innovation eco systems. Vinnova particularly appreciates that the needs of small and medium-sized companies are also taken into consideration.
