This disagreement applies to both the corrent funding framework program Horizon Europe and to the next Framework Program 10.

I am writing to express my disagreement on the White Paper 'On options for enhancing support for research and development involving technologies with dual-use potential'. I totally disagree to allow for more dual-use technology within the current funding framework programme, Horizon Europe, and its successor programme, Framework Programme 10 (FP10). More Europe have to enforce the international act against genocide.
