What they argued

28th regime corporate legal framework – EU Inc.filed 15 Jul 2025PDFsource

Startup Migrants is a company that helps high-skilled migrants and international academics start businesses and commercialize research in Europe. We operate in Austria, Germany, Poland, and Norway (outside the EU). Every year, around 800 academics participate in the programme, resulting in approximately 120 LLC companies.

European Innovation Actfiled 1 Oct 2025source

Startup Migrants is assisting high-skilled migrant founders, often international students, PhDs, and postdocs to start businesses in Europe. There are many founders like this in less developed Startup Ecosystems, where there are good universities, but certain parts of the triple helix do not function effectively.
