Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 326 consultation files tracked so far (29,503 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Their record over time

Spanish Association for Standardization, UNE filed 1 position on 9 Sept 2025, across 1 of the 326 legislative files tracked here.

What they argued

European Research Area (ERA) Actfiled 9 Sept 2025source

Standardization is one of the Knowledge Valorisation channels identified by the K.V. Principles. It is complementary and compatible with all the other channels. However, it is not fully used by researchers, basically due to the lack of tradition and incentives. This activity is not recognized in their career evaluations, and currently it is barely required in funding tools like Horizon Europe.
