We see the proposal for a European card of this kind beneficial for EU Member States not only in terms of harmonising the rules to favour eligible applicants and holders in the field of transport, tourism, etc., but also for mobility and accessibility as a separate area, as EU countries will be forced to align rules and implement EC directives and regulations in their own environments.

We propose to add accessibility and accessibility in relation to connecting EU countries as an evaluation criterion, as well as to assess the state of domestic legislation against EU measures and regulations in each country. Furthermore, we propose to compare the difference in proportion in the content of the evaluation material up to 2020 (for connecting Europe).

A corrupt environment can be created not only by a concrete drain of public funds, but also by creating an environment that allows for this risk. In many cases, this is also the difference between existing EU rules and the national legislative environment, opening the door to the need for additional resources, which are, however, already being drawn down in a purposeful and inefficient way.

The technical and communication options currently in place allow for the creation of an environment of safe access to the banking services also to persons with limited mobility or orientation. However, some solutions currently used do not allow for such access and information needed by a person with a disability.

The regulations and decrees in force at this time need to be updated and linked to the harmonisation of barriers in the European area, which they constantly draw attention to.

On the basis of the measures taken on access and accessibility for people with physical mobility, we propose the creation and inclusion of this area in the material, within the meaning of EC Directive 2019/882, so that there is further common action by EU countries on the one hand.
