Hello, the words are trafficked by the COM, using the word ‘biotechnology’ (‘gross value added of EUR 38.1 billion in 2022’), including any artisanal or industrial activity on food and medicine. It wants to promote biotechs (in agriculture and medicines). Normal, it is ‘progressive’, that is to say, it is _croit_ in progress. I do not believe in this, and the European citizens are less and less so.

Hello, our association defends the rights of peasants, but also of (small) seed producers. The work of the seed must be paid, but this must not be at the expense of the farmer’s remuneration. I consider that the exemption under Article 14 of Regulation 94/2100 (like Article 11 of Directive 1998/44).

Hello, the Nagoya Protocol starts from a good principle. But it chooses modes of action that kill this principle. First of all, it accepts the principle of patents on genetic elements in living conditions. As a result, some can capture them. And those who have the most will get the most. This reinforces the exploitation of the South by the North.
