What they argued

Qualified electronic archiving servicesfiled 18 Sept 2025PDFsource

CEN TC 468/WG1 has published TS 18170. This TS cover the regulation as explained by the CEN TS 468 to the EC. This TS has been constructed by EU experts coming from different EU countries in a consensual approach. More the 120 hours was spent by those experts. IMHO, this TS should be in the EA and should replace the old ISO 14641. Disagree on actual draft for this reason.

Sequential recording of data into qualified electronic ledgersfiled 18 Sept 2025source

The CEN/CLC JTC 19 WG1 have worked on a Technical Specification defining the Policy, Functional and Security Requirements on (qualified) trust services for Electronic Ledger. This TS is actually under approval with the reference "FprCEN/TS 18264". It could be interesting to add this reference when approved in the Execution Act. Thank you.
