Lightsource bp supports the objectives of the Net Zero Industry Act (NZIA) of de-risking and diversify European renewable energy technology supply chains as an important strategic goal for the EU to achieve its 2030 and 2050 decarbonisation targets. To be truly effective, however, the NZIA should recognise that not all technologies have the same starting point in terms of European manufacturing.
