Contribution by Jamespot Revision of European public procurement rules Jamespot, a French publisher of collaborative solutions and corporate social networks, wishes to contribute to this consultation in order to highlight a major challenge for European digital sovereignty: the lack of mechanisms to promote the use of European digital solutions in EU public procurement.

The European Digital Decade objectives are excellent and ambitious: massive skills digitalization, 100% online governments, fully cloud-enabled businesses with robust technological infrastructures. These directions are right for modernizing Europe. However, the elephant in the room remains major: all these objectives integrate no digital sovereignty dimension.
