Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 326 consultation files tracked so far (29,503 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Who they are

Among the 145 other organisations on this site, they rank #31 by legislative files engaged — a count of participation, not a measure of influence.

What they argued

Heating and cooling strategyfiled 8 Oct 2025source

Please find enclosed the feedback from Invest-NL, the Dutch National Promotional Institution, on the public consultation on the Heating and Cooling strategy, where we focused on geothermal energy. In an era of high geopolitical tensions and volatile global energy markets, Europe needs reliable, home-grown energy sources that can strengthen security and lower costs for households and industry.

EU-wide end-of-waste criteria for plastic wastefiled 14 Jan 2026PDFsource

We support the objective of EU-wide, harmonised end-of-waste (EoW) criteria for plastic waste, as it directly addresses the current uneven playing field and differing interpretations that slow down investment and scale-up. Our key feedback (aligned with our position papers): A. Ensure real legal certainty and mutual recognition across the entire value chain.

EU Critical Raw Materials Centrefiled 24 Jul 2026PDFsource

The European Critical Raw Materials (CRM) Centre is a welcome initiative. The EU needs a coordinated and operational approach to securing critical raw materials. It addresses four weaknesses: fragmented financing, limited purchasing power, weak disruption management and the lack of EU-wide market intelligence. Its strength lies in combining financing, demand aggregation, offtake support, stockpiling and monitoring.
