First of all, I would like to point out THERE IS NO EUROPEAN CLIMATE. There is only one planet ( https://medium.com/@michael.rada/the-single-use-planet-ea4c56419c89 ). Concentrating or limiting the activity related to climate protection on a single location is not effective and efficient.

The illegal logging can be reduced significantly by implementation of systematic utilization of the existing ON-THE-GROUND-MINES, in the meaning of utilization of single-use wooden packaging like pallets, boxes, cable drums which 54% are being scraped after single-use. The tool to be applied exists, it is called INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING and it is being implemented since 2013.
