The 350 million threshold must be removed. Unfair trading practices by retailers not only affect their direct suppliers. They have indirect effects that trickle down through the supply chain all the way to farmers. Our survey shows that 9 out of 10 suppliers, both small and large, suffer from UTPs. Unfair is unfair. An unfair practice does not suddenly become fair towards a mid-size or large company.
