The European Space Policy Institute, founded in 2003, is an independent think tank specialising in space-based policy, based in Vienna, Austria. ESPI is supported by its 23 member organisations and Advisory Council composed of internationally recognised experts from a range of domains. ESPI welcomes this initiative as a first step towards addressing Europes competitiveness, resilience and innovation concerns.
