The Commission is right to see the far-reaching dangers of corruption. This comment will highlight three main points. First, policies must be enforced consistently over time to reach the Commissions desired outcome. Second, the loss of revenue to corruption is significant and real. Finally, the Commission should strengthen and expand the European Public Prosecutors Office (EPPO) to enforce these measures. 1.
