Q1. We agree with identified issues and prioritize the following: (a) Sustainability remains a challenge also for fully operational RIs due to fragmented national sustainability and funding strategies, non necessarily aligning with the RIs medium-to long-term planning. For example, some Member States allocate direct ministerial funds, others rely on temporary national projects, or research organizations funding.
