The proposed 28th regime for innovative companies represents a timely and strategic initiative. A streamlined EU-wide corporate framework aiming to harmonise key aspects of a company's operations, from taxation and labour law to investment documentation, to a degree that would allow companies to incorporate in 48 hours and operate seamlessly across borders, could be transformative for the EUs innovation landscape.

EIT Manufacturing is one of nine innovation communities supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union. Its purpose is to improve peoples lives through sustainable manufacturing. By connecting industry, research and education, EIT Manufacturing empowers talent and entrepreneurship to accelerate innovation across Europe.
I´m writing this feedback as an ex employee of EIT Manufacturing who lost his job due the bankrupcy of the company. This should not have happened. People which have not been responsible for the situation suffered (employees, Startups, the whole innovation network, EITM was suppose to support). A new regulation should consider this and prevent this case.
