Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 326 consultation files tracked so far (29,503 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Who they are

Their record over time

Eesti Kaubandus-Tööstuskoda filed 1 position on 25 Aug 2025, across 1 of the 326 legislative files tracked here.

What they argued

Clean corporate vehiclesfiled 25 Aug 2025source

The Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry understands the need to decarbonise the transport sector, including road transport, and supports the objective of greening the fleet of companies. However, we do not support the solution that only zero-emission vehicles are allowed to be included in the company’s fleet in the coming years. Such an amendment would require a significantly longer transitional period.
