Our commentary addresses the Digital Omnibus proposal, specifically in relation to modifications to the AI Act. Below, we outline some initial concerns about the Call for Evidence and the broader context in which it has been issued: -We support a digital regulatory framework for the benefit of all involved. The current set-up is too complex in terms of rules and regulatory institutions and bodies.
