The Rurale Coordination (CR) thanks the European Commission for its proposal for a Regulation to strengthen cooperation in enforcing the rules on unfair trading practices (UTP) in the agri-food supply chain. The BoA welcomes the developments brought about by the Regulation, but considers that this first interesting step should not be the only one in the reflection on TPUs.
