Founded in 1978, San Patrignano is one of Europe's largest therapeutic communities, welcoming youngsters and adults with SUD. San Patrignano does not accept money from its residents or their families: 65% of the funds necessary to run SP come from the communitys activities, following a principle of autonomy and social entrepreneurship.
