Dear Sir, dear Madam, On behalf of the patients who are affected by rare diseases, it is crucial to continue the CE's financial sustainability to promote research and improve patients' health, well-being and support. Rare diseases are affecting few people in %, thus the healthcare industry is not very enthousiastic in relation to the high research costs that will generate little revenue.
