The feedback indicates that the current definitions and general provisions of the AVMSD are adequate, flexible, and compatible with the Digital Services Act (DSA). While influencer obligations are already covered under existing provisions, additional EU-wide guidance would help clarify compliance expectations and ensure consistent implementation across Member States.
