What they argued
We consider the blending rate to be an effective tool to promote sustainable aviation fuels. In order to further reduce the climate impact of aviation and to promote the market flow of SAF, we are in favour of increasing the rate to 10 % in 2030 and the PtL subquota to 2 % in 2030. We and many other industrial partners consider it realistic to develop production capacity accordingly.
