I deal with public procurement in our administration and find it difficult for self-employed and small and medium-sized enterprises to work with the e-procurement platform. I have many calls from them that they are not able to log in, that they have not received the invitation email, etc.

WiFi4EU equipped a sports centre and village room (and their surroundings). As the gsm network is still not well developed at home, it is important that initiatives like these are put in place. It may be that the system was somewhat restrictive at supplier level and thus reduces the possibilities. But if it were to be repeated, we would be back!
