In the hospitality sector, music is used to enhance the service experience and create a atmosphere for guests. The amended reciprocity rules resulting from Case C 265/19 of the European Court of Justice risk and have also led to an increase in tariffs for certain sound recordings, which in turn leads to increased costs for, inter alia, hotels, restaurants, cafés and spa establishments.

About Visita Visita is the Swedish trade association for the hospitality industry and represents hotels, restaurants, cafés, conference venues, amusement parks and other tourism-related businesses in Sweden. The sector consists largely of small and medium-sized enterprises. 1.
Visita represent the Swedish Hospitality sector. Visita welcomes the establishment of an EU Talent Pool. We are currently analyzing the proposal but would to highlight some points at this stage. Visita fully supports the establishment of an EU Talent Pool, that will put employers in the EU in contact with third-country nationals.
