Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 326 consultation files tracked so far (29,503 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.
Who they are
Among the 784 non-governmental organisations on this site, they rank #286 by legislative files engaged — a count of participation, not a measure of influence.

As environmental NGOs focusing on a sustainable transport system, we are clearly opposed to this change. In our view, the above-mentioned measures — extending the maximum permissible weight to 44 tonnes and 60 tonnes respectively and to 25.25 m in length — would run counter to the objectives of reducing greenhouse gas emissions from heavy goods vehicles and improving road safety.

We welcome the proposed Multimodal Booking Regulation, particularly its objective of improving transparency by enabling passengers to compare the climate impacts of different travel options. Displaying emissions information alongside price and journey time can empower consumers to make more sustainable travel choices.
We welcome the Commission's proposal to improve rail ticketing across the EU, particularly the inclusion of domestic regional services in the hosting obligation and the introduction of stronger ticket-sharing requirements. These measures represent an important step towards making rail travel more accessible, transparent, and attractive for passengers.
