Linitiative doit améliorer lemployabilité et la qualité de lemploi, tout en évitant des approches qui privilégient la recherche de talents et loffre de main-dœuvre au détriment du travail décent.
LUNSA, as a member of ETUC, calls for a worker-centred vocational training strategy that guarantees concrete rights, quality jobs, fair wages and strong social dialogue. This strategy must be anchored in the European Pillar of Social Rights. It must be stressed that vocational training must serve workers and society, not just competitiveness.
