UCPH welcomes the European Commissions ambition to reduce fragmentation in the European R&I ecosystem. We can without hesitation support the aim of actually achieving the target of investing 3% of GDP in R&I. It is therefore also very encouraging to see that the proposal for the Multi-Annual Financial Framework shows a significant budget increase for R&I.
