What they argued
To Whom It May Concern: I write to you in response to the White Paper 'On options for enhancing support for research and development involving technologies with dual-use potential.' I am gravely concerned about the proposed adjustments permitting increased funding for dual-use technologies within Horizon Europe, and its successor programme, Framework Programme 10 (FP10).
As a research-intensive higher education institution in Europe, and as coordinator of the EU-funded TechConnect project, we observe strong and growing demand for digital technologies, digital services, and digital skills across sectors and regions.
