More open data sharing between startups & academia, without interference from GDPR / AI act. For example, to analyse team meetings, videorecordings would be useful, but could be biometric data. If it's beneficial for the startup & academia, it could be necessary. Easier hiring + firing for Dutch startups. Although I was part of a firing during a startup, they had to pay me 4 more months.

Open source software is the basis of my career. As a Linux System Administrator I've seen the early days until now, where most servers in the world run Linux (also most cloud service providers). In the scientific computing world (EESSI) and HPC clusters and everythin gin between runs on Linux and is dependent on open source developments.
