More open data sharing between startups & academia, without interference from GDPR / AI act. For example, to analyse team meetings, videorecordings would be useful, but could be biometric data. If it's beneficial for the startup & academia, it could be necessary. Easier hiring + firing for Dutch startups. Although I was part of a firing during a startup, they had to pay me 4 more months.
