We have read the white paper with interest. In the attached document we would like to emphasise some areas that in our opinion need more attention. TCCA, as the most influential global association that deals with critical communications, believes that in this white paper it is necessary to pay more attention to critical communications and critical communications users' needs related to digital infrastructure.

Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 326 consultation files tracked so far (29,503 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

What they argued
TCCA supports the initiative. Current TETRA-based services are excellent for what they have been designed for, but as narrowband technology, the amount of bits on the air is limited. Therefore, standardised and certified 3GPP-based Mission Critical Technology is the answer to meet high bit rate data-oriented information-centric services.

Organizations that also filed on at least two of the same consultations. A shared interest in the same dossiers — not evidence of coordination, and we do not suggest any.
