From the consumer’s point of view, important issues are regulated: No additional cost if you return the car at a different location than where you collected it. No additional costs for cross-border journeys – no additional costs for 2nd driver – no additional costs for older/younger drivers. —Security for tenants that the vehicle will be in the booked category.
