As a global pioneer in the development of novel SAF supply chains, SkyNRG welcomes this proposal and would like to share the following comments: 1) Book-and-claim system for SAF: The proposed blending mandate for fuel suppliers only allows averaging of deliveries across Union airports until 2030.
