Opinion of the Association of Municipal, Private and Church Forest Owners in the Czech Republic (SVOL), which owns and manages approximately 21 % of forests in the Czech Republic. According to the SVOL, the proposed EU framework for forest monitoring and strategic plans is a very ambitious project in its planned scope. For this reason, its practical implementation appears to be highly problematic.
