What they argued

Implementing rules on registering in and reporting to the register of producersfiled 11 Aug 2026source

In the context of the consultation on the planned requirements for national producer registers under the PPWR, I would like to draw your attention to the burdens this may entail for small online traders. I am a small e-commerce business and would like to sell my products to customers in other EU Member States. However, I am deeply concerned about the registration and reporting obligations associated with the PPWR.

Packaging and packaging wastefiled 2 Jan 2023source

For small traders, the many different directives per country are far too burdensome, too costly and too opaque. A single set of rules for all EU countries would be useful here. I do not think it is necessary to have an authorised representative. This only drives costs even more. Much more would make sense for better control from non-EU countries.
