As we see, access to simpler and new class 1 products on the market is reduced as a result of the increased administrative scale and significant financial effort. The assessment is also that technological life has become more decisive for the reuse of assistive devices.

In Dalarna, the project ‘Read electricity and power supply for Dalarna – Power 4Dalarna’, funded by the European Regional Fund, operates. The project brings together all local and regional electricity grid owners in Dalarna. Dalarna’s local electricity grid owners express that the administrative burden is an obstacle for them.
