We recognise that Member States take little to no action if not obliged by the legislation at comunity level in which decision making they alos particiapte and we as citizens require governments to align with the highest amibitiosn and implement then in due time.

As a public benefit environmental organisation, we were astonished by the initial decision of the European Commission to place two shipyards practising beaching – Shree Ram and YSI Recyclers – on the EU List.
