The Polish Association of Developers (PZFD) is the largest organisation of developers in Poland. It brings together 340 leading residential developers, as well as companies building hotels, offices, shopping centres and car parks. For 25 years PZFD has taken part in the public debate on the regulatory framework for construction and has carried out analytical work on the development process.
