The Nutrient Platform welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed amendments to the CAP and acknowledges the efforts made to reduce the administrative burden for farmers. After thorough consideration, we believe the proposal would benefit from stronger alignment with the Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive, the Circular Economy Action Plan, and the Critical Raw Materials Act.
