Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 326 consultation files tracked so far (29,503 submissions, mostly 2025–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Who they are

Among the 784 non-governmental organisations on this site, they rank #144 by legislative files engaged — a count of participation, not a measure of influence.

Our members are municipalities and public waste management companies that play a crucial role in providing this Service of General Interest and in delivering a circular economy in Europe.

Sustainable products - disclosure of information on unsold consumer productsfiled 10 Jul 2025PDFsource

Unsold consumer goods not only represent a squandering of natural resources (water, energy, labour, raw materials) but also adds to landfill and incineration volumes, overloads recycling needs and reinforces patterns of overproduction. When destroyed, they represent a regrettable failure of our consumer society and a lock in to the linear economy.
