The real issue is this: the manufacturer of these bags has already paid the so-called "ECO" or recycling fee.

Hypocritically, I would write: I support the EU in its efforts to reduce global pollution, but as a micro-level artisan, I feel that my legal access to the single European market is de facto banned, because the financial and administrative requirements set out in this packaging regulation are completely unbearable for me.
