The Netherlands welcomes the Fair Labour Mobility Package and looks forward to its publication. More action is needed at EU-level to promote fair labour mobility within the EU and to foster fair competition. In his report, Letta also stressed that more could be done to prevent the evasion of existing labour standards in order to gain a competitive advantage over bona fide companies.
