MGR Packaging welcomes the opportunity to participate in the Call for Evidence on the Implementing Act under Article 7(8) of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR). For this purpose, we are pleased to submit the attached document, which we hope will provide regulators with valuable insights from an industrial operator that already manufactures packaging incorporating more than 90% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content.
