We are a scrap processing company and oppose the planned measure for tariffs or quotas for the export of aluminum scrap. There are many low quality grades that can not be processed in Europe and will end up dumped somewhere to damage the environment. Other aluminum grades, which are painted / lacquered are also not in high demand by European secondary smelters due to their higher pollution and processing cost.

not in the EU Transparency RegisterThis organization files on consultations without a register number, so its record here is built from its filings alone. Register facts (staff, costs, accreditations) are not available for it.
Counts here are a floor, never a total: they cover the 657 consultation files tracked so far (57,479 submissions, mostly 2021–26), so an organization's real filing history is larger, not smaller.

Their record over time
METATECH LTD filed 2 positions between 22 Jan 2026 and 4 Oct 2026, across 2 of the 657 legislative files tracked here.
What they argued
I strongly oppose the exclusion of India from the approved list of non OECD countries for the export of metal scrap. My company has been selling non-ferrous waste to environmentally compliant secondary smelters in India with state of the art production facilities for over 20 years. The EU should consider the adoption of an approved list of Indian companies based on environmental audit instead of an outright ban.
