What they argued

Implementing rules on registering in and reporting to the register of producersfiled 25 Aug 2026source

I am a small Dutch entrepreneur and sell my own books and card decks online. A small proportion of my orders go to consumers in Belgium. My company concerns only a few kilos of packaging material per year. Since 12 August 2026, I have completely halted my sales to Belgian customers as a precautionary measure due to the new PPWR/EPR obligations.

I am a small Dutch entrepreneur and sell my own card decks and books through my online shop and online sales platforms. My sales are mainly in the Netherlands and Belgium. I understand the purpose of the PPWR and consider it important that we handle packaging and packaging waste responsibly.
