I am a small Dutch entrepreneur and sell my own books and card decks online. A small proportion of my orders go to consumers in Belgium. My company concerns only a few kilos of packaging material per year. Since 12 August 2026, I have completely halted my sales to Belgian customers as a precautionary measure due to the new PPWR/EPR obligations.
