MASORANGE welcomes the European Commission's (EC) consultation on the White Paper. The EC has made an adequate diagnosis of the main trends and challenges in the sector, but it is crucial that this is translated into concrete measures and that this is done as a matter of urgency. Transforming the sector is not an option, it is a necessity.
