Framework for ensuring a secure and sustainable supply of critical raw materialsfiled 22 Jun 2023PDFsource

Green-listing certain waste for the purposes of shipments to recovery between Member Statesfiled 11 Sept 2026source

We strongly support the European Commissions objective of facilitatin the shipment of waste within the European Union for the purpose of recycling and recovery. In particular, we welcome the Commissions efforts to clarify and expand the categories of waste eligible for simplified procedures under the green-list framework, as well as the introduction of harmonised criteria for waste classification.
