I operate a very small business in Germany and produce my ceramics myself. I want to make a proposal to simplify the packaging obligations for cross-border sales within the EU. I am expressly not seeking to take less responsibility for packaging. Small companies are also supposed to pay for the packaging they actually send to other Member States.
